Norwood Investment Partners manages investments for privately offered pooled investment funds. Norwood's services are provided according to the terms of the funds' governing documents. Fund investors cannot obtain services tailored to their individual needs. Norwood may enter into side agreements with some investors, giving them lower fees or other preferential terms. Norwood does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Norwood Investment Partners manages investments for pooled investment funds, not individual investors. The firm charges a monthly management fee of 0.125% of the balance of each investor's capital account (approximately 1.5% per year). Norwood also receives a Special Profit Allocation equal to 20% of the amount by which the profits exceed the investor's remaining unrecouped losses. Fees may be negotiable.
