Fee Structure
Barometer Capital Management's fees are based on a percentage of the assets they manage.
For separately managed accounts, the annual fee is 1.4% on the first $1,000,000 and 1.2% on amounts greater than $5,000,000. The minimum investment for a separately managed account is $5,000,000 per mandate.
For assets in the Barometer Private Pools, fees are outlined in the offering memorandum. Clients with assets greater than $500,000 will receive a quarterly management fee rebate from the Pools to reflect the blended tiered rate for the client’s assets invested in the Pools.
Barometer also charges a performance-based fee.
