Lakewood Capital Management manages investments for private investment funds. Lakewood deducts a quarterly management fee calculated at an annual rate. For Series One Interests or Sub-Class One Shares, the rate is 1.5% of each investor's capital account. For Series Two Interests or Sub-Class Two Shares, the rate is 1.75% of each investor's capital account. The management fee is paid quarterly in advance.
