Fee Structure
Pfingsten Partners does not directly manage investments for individual investors. It manages investments for private investment funds. The Funds' general partner charges a gross annual management fee equal to 2.0% of the aggregate commitments to such Fund. The gross annual management fee is reduced by 75% of any allocable portfolio company Monitoring Fees received during the previous three, and is paid quarterly in advance by the Funds to their respective general partner. The management fee charged to the Funds will be reduced to 2.0% of investment contributions generally after a period of five years.
