Fee Structure
RFM charges investment advisory fees, called Management Fees, to its clients. These fees are calculated based on capital commitments, investment cost basis, net asset value, or unfunded capital commitments. The fee rates range from 0.0% to 0.95% per year on capital commitments, and 0.30% to 1.75% per year on capital contributions, investment cost basis, or net asset value. RFM may also receive incentive distributions or fees based on a percentage of a client's return on invested capital.
