Jericho Capital Asset Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, including hedge funds and a private equity fund. Jericho does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the funds, and investors may not impose restrictions on investing in certain securities. Interests in the Funds are offered only to investors who meet certain eligibility conditions.
Fee Structure
Jericho Capital Asset Management manages investments for hedge funds and a private equity fund.
For hedge funds, Jericho generally receives a management fee based on the net assets of the client, ranging from 0% to 1.5% per year. The general partner of the hedge funds also receives annual performance-based compensation equal to 20% to 30% of net profits.
For the private equity fund, Jericho generally receives a quarterly management fee equal to 0.375% (i.e., 1.5% annually) of the fund's acquisition cost of all portfolio investments. The general partner of the private equity fund is also entitled to receive carried interest of up to 20% of profits on distributions derived from the disposition of investments.
