Fee Structure
Crescendo Advisors II, LLC charges an investment management fee based on a percentage of the net assets in the client's account, ranging from 1.0% to 2.0% per year. This fee is charged quarterly in advance, based on the market value of the assets on the first day of each quarter. Crescendo may also receive performance-based compensation, calculated as 20% of the client's net profits, subject to a loss carryforward provision. These fees are negotiable.
