Nyes Ledge manages investments through private funds and charges a quarterly management fee based on the net assets of the funds. The management fee varies depending on the series of fund interests/shares:
- Sub-Class/Series A: 0.8% per year with a one-year lockup period.
- Sub-Class/Series B: 0.7% per year with a two-year lockup period.
- Sub-Class/Series C: 0.6% per year with a three-year lockup period.
- Sub-Class D (Offshore Fund only): 0.8% per year with a one-year lockup period, denominated in British Sterling and hedged from U.S. dollars to British Sterling.
- Sub-Class/Series Q: 0.8% per year with quarterly liquidity and a 25% investor level gate.
- Sub-Class QS (Offshore Fund only): 0.8% per year with quarterly liquidity and a 25% investor level gate, denominated in British Sterling and hedged from U.S. dollars to British Sterling.
Nyes Ledge may waive or reduce the management fee for certain investors.
