Fee Structure
Divco West provides investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles and managed accounts. They charge an annual advisory fee, called a Management Fee, which is calculated based on committed capital or remaining invested capital for Funds, and as stipulated in the organizational documents for Managed Accounts. The specific fee arrangements vary across clients and may be reduced, waived, or modified at Divco West's discretion.
