GTIS Partners LP is a real assets investment firm that provides investment advisory services to real estate-related investment funds, co-investment vehicles, and separate account mandates. GTIS seeks core-plus, value-added and opportunistic real estate related investments. GTIS does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in its Funds; GTIS’ investment advice and authority for each Fund are tailored to the investment objectives of that Fund.
Fee Structure
GTIS Partners LP manages investments for real estate-related investment funds and separate accounts. An affiliate of GTIS receives management fees of up to 1.75%. GTIS affiliates also receive an incentive fee of 10%-20% of cumulative realized client profits following the return of client capital and exceeding a preferred return on such capital.
