Fee Structure
Makena Capital Management manages pooled investment vehicles and charges a management fee based on a percentage of the value of the securities owned by each fund. Makena may agree to non-standard management and performance-based fees for certain investors in the Asset Class Feeder Funds, and may take into account such investor's investment in the Makena Endowment Portfolio when determining fees. Makena employees authorized to invest in the Funds may do so on a fee-free basis.
