Equity International Management is a private equity firm that invests in real estate and other asset-intensive operating companies globally. They focus on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating and structuring investments, managing investments, and achieving dispositions. Equity International does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in its Funds. The firm is owned by trusts and other entities established by or for the benefit of members of the Zell Family.
