Fee Structure
DG Capital charges a management fee based on a percentage of the value of the assets they manage. This fee is calculated periodically and is generally up to 1.75% annually, as specified in the client's documents. In addition, DG Capital collects a performance fee based on the capital appreciation of investments, typically 20% of net capital appreciation, evaluated annually.
