Fee Structure
SPC Management Co., Inc. manages private equity funds and charges a management fee based on a percentage per year of non-affiliated investor's commitments or invested capital. The fee is assessed semi-annually in advance. The amount of the management fee generally will not correspond with fluctuations in the net asset value of individual investments. SPC also receives carried interest based on realized profits of the funds.
