Hawkeye Capital Management provides investment management services on a discretionary basis to privately offered pooled investment vehicles, known as Funds. These Funds are structured in a master-feeder arrangement, allowing eligible investors to invest in feeder funds that then invest in a master fund. Hawkeye has the discretion to waive fees and enter into side letters with investors.
Hawkeye Capital Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and receives fees based on the value of the assets they manage, as detailed in the Fund's offering documents. These fees are paid monthly in advance and are calculated by a third-party administrator. Hawkeye may also waive fees or portions of fees at its discretion. Investors also bear their share of the Funds' operating expenses.
