Fee Structure
Soroban Capital Partners is paid a quarterly fee based on the value of the funds it manages. The fee ranges from 0% to 1.5% per year, calculated in advance on the first day of each quarter. For some funds, an affiliate of Soroban may also receive annual performance-based compensation, which is a share of the fund's capital appreciation, ranging from 17% to 30%. Some funds may also have a tiered incentive fee based on outperformance against a benchmark, potentially as high as 35%. These fees may be waived or reduced in certain situations for a fund investor.
