Strategic Financial Management (SFM) provides investment advice on securities and non-securities to ultra-high net-worth individuals. SFM does not have authority to make trades without client approval. The firm may also help clients with non-financial services, such as estate planning discussions, but does not provide legal advice. SFM's managing member may serve as trustee for client trusts and manage family investment entities.
SFM charges a fixed fee for investment advisory services. The fee is determined based on the scope and complexity of the services, staffing arrangements, and the size of the assets. Fees are negotiable and may vary among clients. Clients are also responsible for brokerage commissions, transaction fees, custodial fees, and other related expenses.
