Compass Technology Group (CTG) is an investment advisor for Compass Technology Partners II, L.P. (CTPII). CTG aims to achieve above-market returns by investing in small- and mid-capitalization technology and medical technology companies. CTG uses its own research and considers factors like innovativeness, sales expertise, financial viability, and management competence. CTG may mitigate risks by lowering net exposure through raising cash, short sales, and/or purchasing ETFs that provide inverse market exposure.
Fee Structure
Compass Technology Group (CTG) manages investments for Compass Technology Partners II, L.P. (CTPII) and receives a quarterly management fee to cover expenses. CTPII pays a quarterly management fee of 0.25% in advance to its General Partner, which then pays CTG.
