Parthenon also offers non-discretionary investment sourcing services to institutional clients through separate accounts and may offer discretionary services in the future. Fee Structure
Parthenon receives a management fee and carried interest from the Funds for its investment management services. The management fee is calculated based on a percentage of aggregate commitments. Parthenon also receives ancillary fees for services provided to portfolio companies, which may offset the management fees paid by the Funds. The Funds also bear out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Parthenon. Parthenon also receives access fees and closing fees from separate accounts.
