Fee Structure
Prusik Investment Management provides investment management services to investment vehicles, and investors in those vehicles are charged an annual management fee based on the investment vehicle's net assets.
- Prusik Asia Fund Plc and Prusik Asian Smaller Companies Fund Plc: 1.5% per year
- Prusik Asian Equity Income Fund Plc: 1.0% per year
These fees are paid monthly from the investors' assets in the investment vehicles. Investors may also be charged an annual performance fee based on the net capital appreciation of the investment vehicles.
