Portfolios are tailored to each client's needs, and Balcony attempts to accommodate investment restrictions imposed by clients.

Fees are negotiable. In some instances, performance-based fees are also charged (typically 20% of net annual performance, subject to a high-water mark). Clients that pay performance-based fees are charged the same fees based on assets under management as those clients who are not charged performance-based fees.
