Global Infrastructure Management (GIM) specializes in investing in and operating infrastructure assets across energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and water/waste management. GIM was acquired by BlackRock in 2024. GIM provides investment advisory services to private funds and separately managed accounts, investing in infrastructure-related assets. Investors are generally required to be "qualified purchasers" and "accredited investors."
GIM manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts, not individual investors. Fees are negotiated with the investors of each fund and are subject to waiver or reduction. Management fees are calculated based on committed capital or net asset value. Investors also bear fund expenses.
