Kaitz Investments offers two investment management programs:
- Traditional Asset Management: Charges 1.0% of your portfolio per year.
- Performance Based Asset Management: For qualified clients (those with at least $1 million under management or a net worth over $2 million), the firm charges 0.8% of your portfolio per year, plus 10% of any gains exceeding the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index performance for the relevant period.
