Fee Structure

MWAL generally receives a management fee based on a percentage of the value of the assets managed, and also receives incentive income based on the fund's performance. The management fee generally does not exceed 2% per year, and the incentive allocation generally does not exceed 20% of net capital appreciation above a high water mark or equity index benchmark.
