Scopus Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment funds and receives fees as follows:

  • Management Fee: Ranging from 1.5% to 2% per year of the value of the assets managed. This fee is charged either quarterly or monthly in advance.
  • Incentive Fee/Allocation: Ranging from 20% to 30% of the annual net profits. This is calculated based on realized and unrealized gains and losses and is generally payable at the end of each fiscal year.

These fees are generally not negotiable, but Scopus has discretion to waive or modify them for certain investors, including affiliates and employees.
