Fee Structure
Pamlico Capital manages investments for private investment funds. The funds pay management fees quarterly in advance, generally calculated as a percentage of each investor's capital commitment during the investment period, and a percentage of outstanding invested capital thereafter. The management fee percentage is generally 2.0% per year or less. Pamlico Capital does not directly manage investments for individual investors.
