Fee Structure
BPOC manages investments for private funds and receives fees in the form of management fees and a carried interest allocation (percentage of profits). The management fee is calculated as a percentage of committed capital. BPOC also receives additional compensation for management services performed for the portfolio companies of the funds. These fees are not negotiable after the fundraising period.
