Fee Structure
Park West Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and charges a monthly management fee of 0.146% of the capital account's net asset value, which equals an annual fee of 1.75%. They also charge an annual incentive allocation equal to 20% of any net capital appreciation, subject to a high water mark. For designated investments, the firm charges a monthly management fee based on the net asset value of the sub-series of shares, with rates decreasing over time. For the Park West BA01 Fund, the management fee is 0.5% per year for the first 36 months, reducing to 0.25% between months 37 and 96, and then to 0% thereafter. Park West BA01 GP LLC also receives a 10% incentive allocation.
