Halyard Capital Management manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles, known as Funds. These Funds are offered exclusively to qualified purchasers, including institutions and high net worth individuals. Halyard makes privately negotiated investments in privately owned companies across various sectors, including education, healthcare, marketing, communication, information, and business services. Halyard provides discretionary advisory services to the Funds and non-discretionary advisory services to a parallel Fund.
Fee Structure
Halyard Capital Management does not directly manage investments for individual investors. They manage private pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and charge a management fee based on the assets they manage and a share of capital appreciation (Carried Interest) from realized investments. These fees are negotiated separately with each Fund.
