Farley Capital manages investments for private investment funds and separately managed accounts. Farley Capital uses a fundamental value investing approach, seeking to buy securities at discounts to their intrinsic values. They look for high-quality businesses with competitive advantages and strong management teams. Farley Capital does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds nor accepts investor-imposed investment restrictions with respect to the Funds. When deemed appropriate for a large or strategic investor, Farley Capital may establish a managed account and may tailor its investment objectives to those of the specific investor.

Management Fee for Labrador Partners and Newfoundland Partners is 1.0% annualized of the quarter-beginning balance. Management Fee for Gymkhana Partners is 1.5% annualized for Class 1 limited partners and 0.75% annualized for Class 3 limited partners. Fees charged to the Managed Accounts vary and payment terms are detailed in an investment management agreement entered into by and between us and each client.
