For private funds, Kawa typically receives management compensation ranging from 1% to 2% per year of the fund's net assets. Kawa may also receive performance-based compensation ranging from 10% to 20% of each investor’s share of the profits of the funds.
Fees for separately managed accounts vary and are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. These fees typically consist of management compensation based on the value of the assets Kawa manages.
