TFP works with clients to create a financial outline and investment plan based on their goals and risk tolerance. TFP manages investment portfolios on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis. Standalone financial planning and consulting services are also available for an hourly fee.
Fee Structure
Tilia Fiduciary Partners' (TFP) maximum annual fee for managing your investments is 1.00% of the value of your portfolio. The minimum portfolio value is generally $1,000,000. There is a $10,000 minimum annual fee ($2,500 per quarter). TFP may make exceptions or negotiate special fee arrangements. If TFP manages accounts valued under $1,000,000, they will bill $2,500 per quarter until the account exceeds $1,000,000, at which time, the agreed upon fee schedule based on a percentage of the assets under management becomes effective.
