Solstein Capital provides investment management services to private funds and separately managed accounts, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other businesses. The firm manages two private funds, Solstein Capital Partners, LP and Strike King LLC. Solstein Capital furnishes investment advice to its separately managed accounts based on their investment objectives. Private funds are managed according to the objectives outlined in the Funds’ documents and not tailored to specific investor needs. Clients may place restrictions on their accounts, as long as it doesn’t prevent Solstein Capital from achieving the client’s investment objectives.
Fee Structure
Solstein Capital's fees for separately managed accounts are a percentage of the value of your portfolio and are determined on an individual basis, subject to negotiation based on the size of the account and your objectives. Fees are calculated using the average value of your portfolio for the quarter, and are paid after the quarter ends. Solstein Capital requires a minimum investment of $25 million for separately managed accounts, although they may accept smaller amounts at their discretion.
