EMG provides investment advisory services to private equity funds focused on the global natural resources industry, including energy, mining, minerals, and metals. EMG tailors its services to the specific investment objectives outlined in each fund's governing documents. EMG does not offer financial planning or tax planning services.
EMG charges an annual management fee ranging from 0.75% to 2% of each investor’s commitment or funded investment. The fee is typically derived from capital commitments and may decrease to be calculated on the net invested capital when the fund's active investment period ends. Investors may also be required to pay a performance fee in the form of carried interest. Some investors in co-investment vehicles may not be subject to carried interest. Investors should refer to the fund's governing documents for a detailed description of fees.
