Bow Street manages investments for pooled investment funds and separately managed accounts. Here's how the fees work:
- Management Fee: Up to 1.5% per year of the value of the investment, paid quarterly in advance.
- Performance Fee: Up to 20% of the net increase in the fund's value each year, subject to a highwater mark.
Fees may be waived or reduced for certain fund investors at Bow Street's discretion. Investors also indirectly bear the fees and expenses charged to the funds, such as administration, brokerage, legal, and accounting fees.
