Eos Management provides investment advice and manages assets for private investment funds. Eos uses both equity-oriented and fixed-income strategies. Eos does not tailor its services to individual investors within its funds, nor does it accept investor-imposed investment restrictions. However, Eos may establish separately managed accounts with individually negotiated terms and fees, subject to significant account minimums.
Fee Structure
Eos Management manages investments for private investment funds and charges fees based on a percentage of assets and performance. The annual asset-based fees range from 0% to 2.0% of the assets within the fund. Eos also receives incentive allocations or performance fees, generally ranging from 10% to 20% of the net profits, subject to a loss carry-forward provision. Fee arrangements for separately managed accounts are individually negotiated. Principals and employees of Eos invested in the funds are not charged these fees.
