Clocktower Group manages investments for private investment funds (Hedge Funds of Funds and Venture Capital Funds). They also offer investment consulting services to institutional clients, providing analysis and recommendations on asset allocation and third-party investment managers. Additionally, Clocktower Group provides strategy research reports to institutional and high net worth clients, covering geopolitics, macroeconomics, and markets.
Fee Structure
Clocktower Group does not directly manage investments for individual investors. They manage assets for privately offered pooled investment funds. The Venture Capital Funds charge an annual management fee of 2% of the current value of each investor’s capital commitment, charged quarterly in advance, and a performance-based fee of 20%. Some Venture Capital Funds charge no management fee and a performance-based fee of 10%. The Hedge Funds of Funds charge an annual management fee of 0.50% of the investor’s capital commitment or net asset value, paid quarterly in advance or monthly in arrears. Certain Hedge Funds of Funds may charge a performance-based fee between 5% and 10%.
