Fee Structure
Leonard Green & Partners manages investments for private investment partnerships (the Funds). Investors indirectly bear management fees, which are a percentage of aggregate commitments. The Funds are charged up to 1.50% per year of aggregate commitments during the commitment period. After the commitment period, management fees are generally lower, ranging from 0.75% to 1.25% on the amount of invested capital. Co-Investment Vehicles generally do not pay management fees or performance-based compensation.
