Fee Structure
KAM-South offers investment management services through both a performance-based fee and a traditional asset-based fee.
Performance-Based Fee:
- 1% of your portfolio per year (Base Fee)
- Plus 20% of the gains in your portfolio during the year, if the portfolio has an overall 5% cumulative annual return (Performance Fee). This fee is only charged on the specific stock sold and a gain realized.
Asset Under Management Fee:
- An annual fee of 1.0% to 1.25% is charged on all assets. This fee is non-negotiable.
KAM-South also offers a managed account strategy that primarily invests in index funds, actively managed mutual funds and exchange-traded funds for clients who have less than $100,000 to invest.
