Fee Structure
Deccan Value Investors manages pooled investment funds and charges an annual management fee ranging from 1.0% to 2.0% of the fund's assets, depending on the specific fund and share class. This fee is calculated and paid quarterly in advance. The funds also pay an incentive allocation, ranging from 0% to 20%, based on the portfolio's performance above a specified index, also depending on the fund and share class. These incentive allocations are calculated and accrued monthly but generally allocated annually at year-end and are subject to a hurdle rate.
