Haddington Ventures provides investment management services for pooled investment vehicles and their sponsors. Haddington specializes in the investment and management of securities within the energy industry. The services are discretionary and consist of the ongoing review of the companies in which Haddington invests client assets. Haddington employs the same investment strategy for each of the Funds managed, but tailors its services to the specific needs of each Fund.
Fee Structure
Haddington Ventures charges an investment management fee for its services to pooled investment vehicles. The management fee ranges from 1.5% to 2.0%, calculated and payable quarterly in advance. The Funds may enter into side agreements and negotiate fees that require investors to contribute management fees to the Fund according to specific terms outlined in the side agreement.
