Bluestem has commenced an orderly wind-down of operations in 2024 and expects the process to take several years to liquidate its investments.
Fee Structure
Bluestem Asset Management provides investment advisory services to a single private investment fund. Specific information regarding advisory fees can be found in the fund's Confidential Private Offering Memorandum. Prior to January 1, 2024, the management fee was based on the value of the fund’s assets under management and was deducted quarterly. Following this date, cash and cash equivalent balances are excluded from assets under management when calculating management fees. Bluestem previously received a performance-based allocation from capital gains or asset appreciation of the fund, but will waive any future performance allocation.
