CSL Capital Management provides investment supervisory services to investment vehicles called Funds, which are exempt from registration. The Funds primarily make long-term private equity and equity-related investments in companies doing business in oilfield services and other energy services opportunities. CSL Capital Management investigates, identifies, evaluates, structures, negotiates, and manages these investments on behalf of the Funds.
Fee Structure
CSL Capital Management does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The firm provides investment supervisory services to investment vehicles (Funds). The advisory fees for each Fund are established by CSL Capital Management and may be modified from time to time. Fees may differ from one Fund to another, as well as among investors in the same Fund.
