Fee Structure
Fulham & Co. manages private equity funds. Limited partners in these funds pay Fulham & Co. a management fee, which is either a fixed annual fee or based on the company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) over the past twelve months, with a fixed minimum and maximum range. The general partner of the fund also receives performance fees equal to 20% of net realized investment gains distributed to limited partners, after covering prior capital contributions and an 8% preferred return.
