Great Point Partners provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles, including hedge funds and private equity funds. Great Point does not tailor its advisory services to the specific investment objectives of the investors of the Funds. Instead, Great Point exercises its investment discretion pursuant to the investment guidelines and restrictions set forth in the relevant private placement memorandum or other offering document.
Fee Structure
Great Point Partners manages investments for hedge funds and private equity funds.
For hedge funds, Great Point generally receives an annual management fee of 2% of the net assets, payable monthly. Great Point is also entitled to a 20% performance allocation based on capital appreciation.
For private equity funds, Great Point generally earns an annual management fee of 2% of capital commitments or invested capital, payable quarterly. Great Point may also be entitled to a 20% performance-based allocation based on capital appreciation.
