Bay Hills Capital Management (BHC) is a private equity fund-of-funds investment firm. BHC manages commingled funds-of-funds and separate account funds-of-funds, investing exclusively in hard-to-access Small Buyout funds. BHC identifies, evaluates, and selects investments, negotiates terms, and provides ongoing due diligence and performance monitoring. Investments are made primarily in pooled investment vehicles structured as limited partnerships.
Fee Structure
Bay Hills Capital Management manages fund-of-funds and charges a management fee. The commingled funds charge 1% of investor capital commitments through the sixth year, then the fee decreases. Separate account fees are negotiable. Performance-based fees (carried interest) also apply and vary depending on the investment mandate.
