Saybrook Fund Advisors (SFA) provides investment management to privately offered investment funds and separately managed accounts. SFA invests primarily in distressed and defaulted municipal securities, seeking to generate after-tax returns. The funds are structured as lock-up funds, and investments are made in municipal bonds and direct loans. SFA also serves as a sub-advisor to another fund. SFA tailors its advisory services to the individual needs of each particular Fund but not to the individual needs of the Fund’s investors.
