Crawford also provides non-discretionary investment management advice through numerical ratings on select equities to a third-party investment management organization. The firm aims to compound capital at 10% per year plus the 10-year Treasury yield over any rolling five-year period.
Fee Structure
Crawford Fund Management manages investments for private funds. The firm receives management fees at an annual rate of 1.0% of the value of the underlying investors' capital account balance, deducted from the assets of the private fund. In addition to management fees, Crawford is entitled to receive a performance allocation of the net profits of the private fund attributable to the capital account balance of each underlying investor. Fees are negotiable in certain circumstances, and Crawford has the ability to waive or reduce the management fee and/or the performance allocation for any of the investors.
