Savanna Investment Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles (funds) that invest primarily in real estate equity and debt. Savanna focuses on properties located in New York City. Savanna pursues opportunities to invest in transitional and undervalued assets that have the potential to be successfully redeveloped, repositioned and re-tenanted. Savanna also maintains an ESG policy and seeks to integrate certain ESG factors into its investment approach.
Fee Structure
Savanna Investment Management receives an asset management fee from each fund for management and administrative services. During a fund’s investment period, the management fee is calculated as a percentage (generally ranging between 1% and 2% per year) of each investor's capital commitments. After the conclusion of a fund’s investment period, the management fee is calculated as a percentage (generally ranging between 1% and 2% per year) of each investor’s net equity invested.
