Forager Capital Management offers investment advisory services through pooled investment vehicles, focusing on small market capitalization common equities. Forager makes all investment decisions on behalf of the funds. Investors generally cannot tailor their investments or impose unique restrictions, but special classes of interests may be created to accommodate specific needs. Forager may also offer separately managed accounts.
Fee Structure
Forager Capital Management manages investments through pooled investment vehicles (Private Funds).
For the Forager Fund, the firm receives a monthly management fee in advance:
- Class A and Class C: 1.5% annually
- Class B: 2.0% annually
Forager also receives an annual performance fee:
- Class A and Class C: 15% of net appreciation
- Class B: 20% of net appreciation
For the Homebuilder Fund, Forager receives an annual asset management fee of 1.00% of the aggregate capital commitments, paid in advance. Forager also receives a performance fee equal to 20% of the net appreciation of the Homebuilder Fund at the conclusion of the investment.
Fees are negotiable.
